My recent stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the staff were undeniably friendly and welcoming, the spa area was overcrowded, making it difficult to relax. Dinner was decent but could have been better organized, and the breakfast selection left much to be desired. Overall, I found it disappointing compared to previous visits, and I'm not sure I'd choose to return.

The hotel has a pleasant setting with friendly staff, but there's definitely room for improvement in service and attention to detail. While the thermal suite is worth the extra cost, the serenity suite does not offer a unique experience. Dining was enjoyable, but service lapses detracted from the overall experience.

Recently stayed at the hotel for my son's wedding reception, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The wedding planning went seamlessly, with attentive staff and beautiful surroundings. However, my partner and I encountered some issues during our one-night stay afterward, mainly related to the dining service which was disappointing. Overall, the wedding event was perfect, but the following stay left us wanting a bit more.
